i agree, send CRRR a limited C and D letter and keep a copy, requesting contact only by mail. cause of his health and all. more likely, dont be surprised, in a few months you will have new CAs to deal with and the game starts over. they always call on sundays, holidays. the hours they can call are 8 am to 9 pm, technically they can call 7 days a week but you must tell them in writing which 2 days are not convienent for you, for them to actually abide, maybe, by that part of the law.

i too, deal with the outsourced foreign nationals on a daily basis. they dont know crap. dont expect them to. they have a page of script they read and i doubt understand anything beyond that. mine will simply go back and repeat what they said. i tell them when they can speak english, let me know. dont bother with the foreigners for any info, its hopeless. they will drive you batty, hoping you cave. they dont care what insurance he has paid, what your situation is, nothing. they simply want to sit like a animal in the zoo..mouth wide, feed me,, FEED ME , until someone does. ignore them and work on his insurance goin thru. altho truly, i dont think its gonna help much in the long run. those insurances are a scam, 9 times out of 10. best of luck to you and your dad:) im sorry, sane people think talking and trying to solve this would help, but with CAs and OCs, it means nothing. dont waste your breath on them. it will just drive you nuts. they are trained to drive us nuts.
