be sure and keep copies and send ANYTHING to them CRRR. if you have no results, i think you can contact insurance boards and the like. a lot of this "insurance" seems to be a scam. they can call until you send a limited C and D letter. if they do after that, its a violation. honestly, trying to explain facts to these people is useless. amazing, and i still am amazed at it, but it is useless. they dont care one bit. their job is to hound anyone and everyone. hugs***
