How do I word letter to them saying I want to dispute this. Will they send me original creditor, will they in turn send me any proof that this is indeed my account.I suspect 3 things; SOL is near on these accts or ex got ahold of cc and ran up debts or somehow these vultures found out my dad died and i was left $ by him! all of a sudden creditors are all over. a year ago these things werent on my CR. Looks like any $ he left to me will all go to these various collections agencies that say I owe them!!
