SOL PLEASE HELP THANK YOU

The early post was about an old account with an CC that they charged off and I live in North Carolina.

And the SOL is three years in North Carolina and my CR says that the first 30 days late was in May 2001 and June 2001 and then show up 120 days.

It is only showing on Equifax I ran a 3-1 reports.My bank account is in TX but I have never lived in TX and only my NC address show on my CR.

I got a few calls from a CA for few weeks in May and then they stopped, so I checked my CR and saw that they ran a CR on me. They have not sued me but I guess I will check in NC how do I do that? So they have to file to sue me in NC? and I will have 30 dats to send SOL PLEASE HELP THANK YOU
