i cant tell because of the way the post is being done. jp is not being helpful..only repeating him/herself over and over. so i couldnt tell who is spam, who isnt and who to trust. my apologies. im really glad he/she has some lawsuit in hand. all of us cant afford lawyers nor lawsuits, so we struggle alone to make sense of this "stuff" called law. it is past frustrating to try to understand any of it and im very close to simply giving up. !
