These people are some of the lowest forms of life. The tactics they use are so evil that they should have their offices raided and EVERYONE from their president/ceo to the janitor arrested for violations of ALL local and federal laws.

These people, if you can call them that, use every possible method to terrorize you into paying them. They dont seem to care at all about being found out as they have a class action lawsuit against them (PA I think) and they still use some of the worst collection methods anyone has ever seen.

From claiming to file lawsuits that they never file, to threatening to have you arrested for things that are not crimes, they seem to enjoy lying at the speed of sound.

All I can say from my experience with them is to try to not answer their calls or letters and if they harrass your family get everything recorded and file complaints regarding those violations or they wont go away.

They do sue sometimes but are New York based so they cannot sue you in California.
