Chapter 7 Bankruptcy

I filed Chapter 7 (Michigan) in September 2003. I had a hospital go into a friends account that I was a secondary on and wipe out all the money in it. So in order to stop this an Attorney told me to file Ch.7. I had 7 negative marks on my CR and now I have 9 since the Bankruptcy, the petition and discharge seperatley. One of the debts I owed was apparently sold to CFC Financial during or after the bankruptcy, but I included the original creditor in my bankruptcy. Can they do this? Also the hospital mentioned earlier has a judgement against me and so does a private person, both were obviously included in the bankruptcy but neither show up on my report as being included. Have I been screwed by my attorney? Also I, maybe stupidly, thought that doing the Bankruptcy would "clear" my credit report except for of course the bankruptcy itself but everything is still on their and the only difference now is that I am making payments to a lawyer for his fees. And the Bankruptcy will be haunting me til 2013. None of the CA were even trying to collect, except the hospital that was probably trying a last attempt cause they will be wiped at the begining of 2005 (I just learned that information, I was completely ignorant of all this stuff before I found this forum and began trying to figure out my credit).
