The accounts that were included in bk should show on your CR as IIB (included in bk) The account that was sold after bk is not collectible. They are in violation of federal law if they try to collect on this account. Vacating a judgement after the bk is an extra step for the attorney. You should have a copy of the paper filed by your attorney. Look at Schedule F-Creditors Holding unsecured nonpriority claims. That is where the hospital and friend should be (far as I know). You should ask your attorney about vacating the judgements. Maybe it has been done.
