you cant "make" anyone validate anything. thats pretty much for court and a judge to decide. keep all your proof. dispute with the CRAs and at least add a statement to your reports. point out the law to experian and its up to you to C and D or not, your choice as it may cause them to sue you. try talking to reliant...about the bill. dont know reliant, i have TXU. my kids have a bill like that and they just put the electric in anothers name at the apartment. lol.
