How many incarnations exist for this company? I find them all over the Net. In Buffalo, their latest incarnation, with which I am concerned has two addresses listed on the Web: 300 International Drive, Buffalo, NY 14221-5781; and 300 Pearl Street, Buffalo, New York no zip, the first adddress is from the Better Business Bureau and the second is from the Buffalo area Yellow Pages. Does anyone know any PARTICULARS on them? I am trying to help a client who keeps getting calls and letters but has never heard of the credit card they claim to be trying to collect. Any of this sound familiar to anyone? When I call them they have sometimes answered Citicorp NPH. Is this a citicorp subsidiary? They called my client even though they knew he was in a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. This is a clear violation of the automatic stay in Bankruptcy prohibiting them from doing so. I am looking for any additional evidence of a pattern of this type of behavior, because we would like to bring a motion to hold them in contempt in order to fine or jail someone in the corporation. If they have a documented or documentable history of this kind of conduct, we have a better chance of obtaining severe enough relief to put a dent in their pocketbooks.
