I can understand that. Im trying to piece all of this together myself. before a week or so a i never knew what a judgement was.

so when i got my credit report i only look a actual accounts. negative and positives.

when i received a letter saying my property is being seized i began to research all of this.

when i got my report in 1998 i wasnt able to determine what it meant. and that point the judgment was four years old. so either way i would still be in the same situation im i now.

what was there to appeal. the judge killed my case. where could i go from there with no money and no attorney to represent me.

all i know is i had very basic credit until i bought my house. then i start receiving collection notices. maybe someone stole my identity i dont know.

but i do know that im tryin to fight back. im not exactly looking for people to believe me. im looking for advice from somewhat similiar situations.

as always the misinformed always get screwed.

im trying to reverse all that. which is why im here. judge did enough judging. if you cant help please dont respond.
