if it was 1999, it is almost gonna fall off anyways. opt out, lay quiet unless your positive your SOL is up, and then quietly begin to get cards, pay religiously, and in a couple years you will have perfect credit. watch the CRs and dispute off anything past 7 years old. CRs arent that hard to read, if i can, anyone can. i have no education to speak of and even i can figure it out. lol.
