here is what i got from this. i think maybe your identity has been stolen. ok , not exactly , but law and order had this on it. a guy hacked into computers and got land files. he then said he owned the houses and got a lien on them, in a nutshell..ok...bear with me..and took the guys house. regardless, they can not come take your house if you owe on it. i swear, you live where i do!!! the same ignorant judges who dont know sh**. in this case, fight FIGHT. call until you find a good naca lawyer or anyone who will help you cause this is way beyond you to do alone. in texas, they can lien your house. they cant just take it. i assume your house has original lien? see, this is what they do. acquire judgements without telling us, then wait til we get something and boom! they jump at it. fight fight. i wish you well. they can and will file to get default judgements after SOL,. its up to us to fight it and when we arent even served, we dont even know to fight it. go after them!!! find a lawyer you can somehow afford over time payments. i am so sorry this happened and its how the scum work. sad but true. not only that..its how judges here work. dumb as hell. course you have to understand,,the judges play golf with the lawyers..who do you think they side with??? ha ha. a judgement may not be reported on a CR, they arent always. i prolly have one in BFE, florida or something, who knows. but cap1 told me..WE WILL GET OUR MONEY..and im telling ya, in any way possible, they will. even its just to drive you crazy forever. those judgements can sit for years and not be executed. then..boom. hello. someone bought them and executed them. good luck!!!!!!! hugs*
