Okay. But I can pay this back IF the lawyer works it out with the other lawyer. It just does not make sense to me to file BK right now. In fact, I will never do that. I am not contacting the creditors - the lawyer will do that, and as stated in this Forum lawyers can make deals we can't. Right or wrong? Thanks, Sage
