if a oc charges off a debt, it goes on the cr as a chargeoff... then lets say nco buys it, they put it on the cr... then nco sells it to sherman, they put it on the cr, then sherman sells to calvary, they put it on the cr... so 1 acct = 4 neg tradelines correct.. is this legal...
