But there are exemptions for judgements. Depending on the state. For example, they can't garnish money from disability check. In some states the property is exempt. In my state, tenants by the entirety protects the individual debtor's home if the house in jointly owned with spouse. The list goes on and on. So, a judgement can be uncollectable, which means the debtor has nothing the creditor can seize, even with a judgement.
