I received my papers! The Sheriff was really nice, he said...."Don't worry, look at this statement." It said, "....MAY seek judgement". He told me to answer and be truthful, and not to worry. That's easy for him to say! I plan on answering point by point. I had a limit of $1,000 and after paying and paying, finally just giving up when the balance wouldn't go down, it is up to over $3,000 now!! How can these fees be legal?
