Sure did. I started off handling it myself- figured it was easy since it was past sol. The other attorney attempted to intimidate me by filing several pages of charges. I hired an attorney from www.naca.net and he made the whole matter go away. Definitely hire an attorney. Even if you know the law, there are always points you don't know. It is very easy to make a fatal mistake and lose a case you should have won. The money you spend on an attorney is well spent- you will sleep well, you won't be worried about what happens in court. Here's the best part- if this involves credit card debt and you win, you will get your attorneys fees back. I couldn't afford a lawyer either- borrowed the money. It was worth every cent.
