look up BK online. i think one is like anytime..and one is like every 5 years or 10 or something. anyways its online. easy to find. im pretty sure taxes cant be included on BK. neither can student federal loans or child support. state taxes prolly depends on your state. it will all be on the sites, exemptions for each state and federal...etc.
