on BTW,they lived in Mississippi at the time and that's where the house is.They sent the mortgage company copies of the court documents.How can they owe money on the house or be responsible for insurance and taxes when they clearly gave the house back in the bankruptcy? That doesn't make sense. I told her I would also report the atty. to the bar assoc.
