This is just my opinion. I think you need to file bk for your own peace of mind. Once your debts are discharged, you can stop worrying about what might happen. This has nothing to do with what they can or can not do if you do not file bk. I remember you posts and you are judgement proof. That means they can not collect even if they do get a judgement. However, you are worried. Stress is not good for your health, actually stress can be very harmful to your health. I don't remember your state. I think you said nothing is in your name. Is that right?
