keep all this written stuff. sounds like they will hang themselves. a notary doesnt mean anything..my mom was one. means the person who signed the paper is actually the person who signed the paper. "looks legal" and scary but it means nothing but a notary says "this is john doe who signed as john doe". threatening a suit without filing is a big no no. sending papers looking legal that arent is a big no no. they use all this legal sounding crap. scares the advantage person. what do u mean " personal service"?? a sheriff? or a pansy they hired?
