Why Chat thought this might be beacuse of a new credit I filled out - its been a while - but I did as I have a leased vehichle (I am rebuilding my credit with needed things such as wheels).

Anyway, I am keeping a file, looks like the CA might have baught the old account in feb of 2001 as the attached (to summons - with NO COURT FILE #) a credit agreement contains the fax from Chase back then. Ironically, the summons never mentions a date of orig deliqu. Only the pages of the original credit agreement in 1990 or so and just the "if I fail clause stuff" - no dates. Things went $$$ south for me in the mid 90's until about 1998 with a rebound in 2000 to now (thats why this is so haunting!).

Yes, each the summons and this affidavit mentions the "This is an attempt mini mrda".

Thoughts - (You folks are great!)
