Absolutely just an opinion..... I think a process server would be handing you the summons, verifying who you are........nothing more. It sounds suspicious. But, I must say that I thought that First Resolution who sued me was some hotel room outfit. They are not. Calls from British Columbia, never any names on the mail. One piece of mail on a plain white piece of paper, no logo or anything. I thought they somehow got my info and were trying to collect. I thought it was a scam........really did. I was wrong. Of course when I was served, I took ti seriously.
