without naming the company here,, anyone can call our payroll and find out our income and if we are employed. C and D them a letter saying do not call me at work. CRRR, yes, they must sue to get a judgement, then enforce it with a garnishment..if your state allows it. thats a lengthy , costly, court hearings. then even longer to get it enforced. i would C and D the work thing tho. not a complete one...only work and family.
