again, dont know your state laws, but no, the court wont tell you. hence why so many get default judgements. its up to us to watch the courts. i agree with beenthere, scare crap again. not saying they wont file, but its a step up on freaking someone out..dont let them get a default. im not sure that is legal at all,, beenthere???? to threaten without following up? seems to me it isnt. make sure who is threatening you licensed or bonded (if needed) in your state to collect,, and SUE. to sue the lawyer must be licensed to practice in your state.
