This debt was included in bankrupcy.......was that a typo? If it was included in bk, then they are breaking federal law by collecting on it. Paying a CA does not restart the SOL unless you both signed a new contract. SOL for credit card debt in PA is 4 years. When was the last time you paid the original creditor before the account became deliquent. CAs lie and threaten, that's the way they do business. They are scum. Don't believe a word they say. Did you reafirm this debt in bankrupcy??? Please explain, this doesn't make sense.
