First of all, don't believe that you don't have to go back to court because you have filled out the papers. They will dispute the fraud, you won't be there and they will get a default. One of their favorite tricks. Don't fall for it. If you think this is fraud, file a police report, file a fraud report with the CRAs. CA attorney had nothing to do with it. Do not fill out the paper for the CA attorney.
