Palisades Collections is notorious for putting small bills on your credit reports. More than likely, if it is yours, it is ATT as original creditor (ATT uses Palisades a lot) or it is a magazine subscription. Palisades has been working a lot of magazine subscription accounts that have not gotten paid or where the company bills someone for a magazine subscriptions after they canceled subscription. Had this happen to me once for Discover magazine.
