Okay what does that mean?? It is hard for them, the co's , to do a judgement?
No equity in our home we refinanced it last year. One of the debts is in my husband's name, the rest on credit rept say individual.
yep our lawyer says filing with atty gen. office abt the debt settlement co's business practices.
