I recieved a demand letter from a CA's attorney for a cc debt that is past sol, Would you recommend a validation letter or SOL letter or both? If pursued I would like to have as much defence as possible. I just want to make sure if I send just sol letter that I can still require them to validate in court? And is it true, to validate thay MUST have my signature on aplication or contract to hold up in court???
