Creditors rarely show up at the 341 meeting. Your attorney should be there. Sounds like you might have a live one.....claiming fraud to scare you. If they claim fraud, they have to prove it. If you did nothing wrong, don't let them scare you. DO NOT REAFIRM. If he claims that he is going to prosecute you for fraud, tell him to talk to your attorney. If your attorney is not there, tell him you will see him in court. This is a scare tactic.
