No not talk to anyone. Tell them to contact your lawyer. Once you have a lawyer, they are not supposed to have any contact with you. If your lawyer is not available for the 341, you might want to ask for a continuance. If you wanted to do it alone, you wouldn't have paid a lawyer. good luck.
