in whychats sol letter to ca's, where it says include this parag. if appropriate- i have been looking under
fla's laws for continued collection activities, verfication, or re-insertion of accts beyond their legal collection date to any consumer ca. and i can't
find anything like that for florida. Am i missing it, or just not looking in the right place? i would like to include this in my letter since they have reaged this debt on cr, and they are threatening me. if anyone knows where to find this i would be grateful.
thanks. PS. does legal collection date mean the SOL, because can't they keep trying to collect forever?
