First of all, they got an arbitration award which doesn't mean squat. They still have to sue and get a judgement if you don't voluntarily pay them. This is just my opinion, I think the arbitration crap is pure psychology. They are telling people they have to pay. People believe it. Personally, I would just ignore them. When was the last time you paid the original creditor before the account became deliquent. What state are you in?
