I have found some conflicting info on this.
The situation is:
Credit Card account was opened in NJ in 12/1999. DOLA listed is 6/2000.
Debt was sold to Junk Debt Buyer. Payment was never made, promise to pay was never made to JDB.
Alleged debtor now resides in PA(for > 1 Year), but works in NJ.
What would the effective SOL for a claim be? Would the JDB be required to sue in PA?
