Forgot to mention, I managed to change my phone number, so good old Pam couldn't bother me anymore. So, she called several of my neighbors and actually yelled at one of them because he couldn't give her my new phone number. A few days later, good old Pam sent me "the script" on a plain white piece of paper. That only further convinced me that this was a scam. I didn't believe they were a real collection agency. I was wrong about that one.
