so do i and i did it. in texas. kept some cards, lost some others. you dont reaffirm the cc u want..you simply do NOT include them. you do not tell them. no one. you only include ones you want to lose. AT LEAST IN TEXAS. right or not,,i did it. this is not legal advice and i have no clue whether it was legal or not..but i did it...and it worked fine. your experience may vary.
