called my sister and she said incidently she got yet another,albeit different type letter today.This time from a CA saying taxes due on house are delinquent and they are attempting to collect. This gets weirder and weirder. Said they are also getting bills from the mortgage company saying since they are paying the insurance,that my sister&hubby owe them(mortgage company) the money back!
