no it's not charged off, it's only been about 3 months that it's past due.I'm still dealing with the original creditor the credit card company.I thought I was making a payment arrangent with them a few weeks ago to get my account current but my past statment doesn't reflect the $160.00 a month I aggreed to.My Girlfriend is hounding me to get everything in writing. which I failed to due.They just keep calling almost daily wanting the entire past due amount (usally about 8 am in the morning right as I'm about to leave for work)In fact, it wasn't even 10 minutes After I got off the phome calling them tonight that they called me again wanting payment.I'm really in a bind at the momnet if I had $700 I would send it to them but I don't.Even If I send them what I can it's not 2 days later they are calling again
