OK, what they are doing is trying to prevent the account from charging off. It will charge off in another 90 days or so if you can't bring it current. So, in my opinion, if you have no chance of brining it current, there is no point in paying it. It is going to charge off and go to a CA anyway. Maybe someone will correct me on this,but I am pretty sure that I am correct.
