Send the CA who is harrassing you a cease and desist, in it say you are under medical care for a permanent disability and the phone calls are causing additional stress. State that a copy of your letter to them will be sent to the State Attorney General's Ofice for follow up if they continue to call for prosocution under Federal and State laws for abuse of the disabled.
