If you agree to pay off a charge card with the original creditor and it is agreed that they will "delete" the tradeline. What happens if they don't. I have a few companies (oc's) that were paid off, i have the letters from them saying they will delete but they have not sent the credit bureaus anything. Do i send these letters to the credit bureaus?
