wrong name on credit report

Hello,
I'm 20 years old and have only one loan. My dad cosigned for me to buy a truck about 8 months ago. I'm two payments ahead. I wanted a mobil phone. They checked my credit and said I'd have to put down a $120.00 deposit. I'm supposed to get this back eventually. I got my credit report from equifax and they have my ss#, date of birth and address right. The problem is my name is nowhere on there. They have my dad's name instead of mine. My question is will I have to contact all the credit bureaus and correct this? I've already sent a letter to equifax with proof of who I am. I'm aggrivated. Thanks for any help.
