SOL for the dental bill has passed. That only means that they can't sue you to get the money. The negative will stay on your CR for another 3 years. As for the 2002 charge off, you are better off to let sleeping dogs lie. Paying now will have no positive benefit. Paying a CA will only seal the negative to your account longer.
