well in my opinion NORTHLAND GROUP is simply a bunch of blowhards with NO BITE , they MOSTLY buy out of statue debts but always an exception to that rule .. im not gonna tell you want to do but ill tell ya what I WOULD DO if in your shoes & thats send them a certified letter return receipt requested ( cost maybe 5 dollars ) with the letter stating STOP ALL ACTIONS IDENTIFYING THE DEBT !! hey from dates your giving its now past SOL .. whychat has a site with great info. on it about lots including SOL account letters to creditors so yeah , thats what id do cause LEGALLY they cant collect on SOL debts its against state federal law .. their breaking the law if they contact you once they receive the letter you mail them , yeah guess they can write you once more after that to tell you there suing but that aint gonna happen so they'll crawl back under their rock to prey on others who they hope and pray dont know of they rights .. hey thats how i see it from 110 degree southern nevada but of couse only my opinion , damn its hot here !! good luck , kel ..............
