capital aquisition harrassment

this company has been calling and harrassing me on an account that was paid off more than 15 years ago! Even though I have said I will report them if the calls do not cease they call, call, and call. What can I do to stop these harassing calls. One man even threatened that the nest time I got financing for my home he "would be there to see that my credit is bad!"
Any help on how to handle this company would be appreciated.
