Send them a SOL ketter and cease and desist letter from WhyChat's website. Link is found at the bottom of page in post entitled ATTENTION: NEWCOMERS. Then report them to the FTC, your attorney general of your state for harrasment, to the BBB, and to the American Collectors Association for harrasment.
