Find a way to file Chapter 7. You are insolvent and you don't need an income for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Only CHapter 13. MBNA as the original creditor does not have to obey any laws and are not governed by FDCPA so they can get real nasty. Divest yourself of the headache and file bankruptcy. Get good estimates, and keep track of all your expenses.
