why am i the weird person here??? as long as i paid anything, mine didnt charge off. ie: nothing for 4 months, paid 150$,,instant restarting of the 180 days. thus more fees. anything paid within the 6 months kept it from CO. if only i had known it, i coulda kept the others from it too. but noooooooo. complete idiot i am. anyways...cap1 will not charge off if ANYTHING is paid. laws or not, whatever, i know they wont. now to look at what whychat posted to see,, no doubt,,, someone again broke the law on me. oh well. i tried reading that and it made no sense. sorry, whychat im just not bright enough./ JK, mine didnt work that way. enuff to say on it. mine were 4 months past due, i had to pay 150$ when i re-fied my house, and it reset everything to starting the 180 days again, complete with fees. wasnt the minumum, nothing. anything paid to cap1 resets the CO date again. legal or not!!! it did.
